Over $19M will be invested in MAC-MI Over $23M will be invested in MAC-AR MAC-AR will increase capacity from 375,000 tpy to 420,000 tpy MAC-MI will increase capacity from 245,000 tpy to 280,000 tpy This Phase V will smooth all operations for maximum effectiveness to handle the higher volumes. Hot metal logistics will be improved with new ladle reconditioning areas, pre-heaters and furnace current conducting arms. Caster water systems will be upgraded or enlarged and added cooling capacity installed. Material handling will be upgraded.
